The moments

  • No. 0016 · Named Red Roses captain · 20 March 2026

Jones was named Red Roses captain having ended 2025 as a world champion, playing every game of the World Cup campaign, all while getting engaged, moving clubs, being awarded an MBE and launching her own clothing line under the name Magic Meg.

  • No. 0028 · Chip and chase as Trailfinders beat the unbeaten champions to reach the play-offs for the first time · Trailfinders Women 41–39 Gloucester-Hartpury · 29 May 2026

Jones was at the heart of everything Trailfinders did well, her chip and chase in the second half a moment of pure individual quality as Ealing knocked off the unbeaten champions to qualify for the play-offs for the first time in the club's history.

  • No. 0043 · A dummy and a run to the line, later voted Try of the Championship · Red Roses 62–24 Wales · 25 April 2026

Meg Jones threw a dummy in midfield and powered to the line just shy of the 30-minute mark at a packed Ashton Gate, a score later voted Try of the Championship.
